Alex Obice : Hello Ryan, Good afternoon there We are still not in the safe zone yet. We need more support from Omron. I was researching the report data/information and could not find the option to report by S/N inspected. That is vital for me to proof the job was complete on every/per unit. Also, the readable report (not the raw data) needs to be exported on either .csv or .xls, or .xlsx As mentioned on my voice message, I need to send the reports for the first 5 units today, in order to have the shipment approved (deadline/shipping date is tomorrow) Also, Vu is working on the program and I need you to review it and confirm that it is within IPC CLASS 3 As you know, we need the program/inspection to cover the entire board (top and bottom – except the terminal blocks) within IPC Class 3 Almost there… Help us to cross the finish line Please get back to me ASAP Please call me on this number [phone] (cell) Thank you very much Alex From: Alex Obice Sent: Wednesday, November 12, 2025 3:10 PM To: [email] ; Vu Tran ; [email] Cc: [email] Rick Suba ; [email] [email] Subject: RE: Re: Support Request for Suba Technology - To complete programming of the Class 3 board [Case: 1621417] Hello Ryan, Wow, great to hear that Vu is moving along with the program in the right direction I need this program finished and validated for IPC-Class3 inspection as soon as possible. We can probably wait a few more days, so perhaps we can schedule the next steps to start on Monday?? The idea here is to really test Vu’s understanding of the inspection results, so he can program the machine to look for any abnormality. I will review with Rick to confirm if Monday would be okay, and in parallel, let’s here from Tim as well for your availability. Thank you all for helping, Thank you, Vu, for your hard work BR, Alex [email] Sent: Wednesday, November 12, 2025 2:34 PM To: Vu Tran ; Alex Obice [email] Cc: [email] Rick Suba [email] [email] Subject: RE: Re: Support Request for Suba Technology - To complete programming of the Class 3 board [Case: 1621417] All, I just spent a touch over an hour on a remote session with Vu, and I’m pleasantly impressed that program is coming along very nicely. We stepped through resistors, a few BTCs, gullwing and a few other component types and the thresholds and setup look good. I would suggest you let him keep tunning the program over next handful of days, and if desired we set up a 3-4 hr. review and tweaking session. It would not be a “programming” session at this point, it would be just minor adjustments or assistance with dense/shadowed components. Please let Tim A. know if/and when you would like to set something up. Can you please send me a few screenshots of one or two of the components that are failing from teach mode. I’m looking for a couple pictures of how the windows are laid out, and the position range settings. I've loaded the CAD data to complete all the components and made some alignment adjustments. I also created a new part library for capacitors, resistors, inductors, transistors, and SOIC packages. The bottom side has been completed. When I tested the run, I encountered a few errors, including Fillet error, Wettability error, Missing component, and Extraction error. Today, I will continue working on the top side. Could you please review my progress to confirm whether everything looks correct or if I need to make any adjustments? Thank you. Vu, can you give me a little more detail on what specifically you are finding when you say, “offset measurements”? We will do a remote review and we will send you the TV passcode as soon as you are available Second, is the finishing of the program you and Brian had worked on ( for Zipline). Since this customer is still asking for the entire board to be inspected, Rick has asked me to check with you, what would take to have this entire board covered/inspected.. Please send me details of what would take to have this project completed. Hello Alex, Ryan is on vacation this week with limited email access, we will do our best to accomplish your requirements: What tool are you using where you were not able to find inspection results by S/N? Qup Navi RVS-X or LSR? Software can create inspection report if you log in to your CTS-X, open the desired program, click on Inspection Image Tab, then read and depending on the option you selected the software will show all the board you inspected Select one of those images then go to test running and perform a test, make sure to check the box "output measurement file" and wait until completion, it will create a report on C:\Program Files\OMRON\CTS-X\OutputFiles with the information you need.
