Current case

Customer issue

Good afternoon Omron support team, I'm currently programming a board using Omron AOI software, and I'm running into an issue with the final unregistered part. Each time I attempt to register it, the process fails and I receive the following error message: "Failed to learn the base plane model on some visual field." Would it be possible to schedule a time for someone from your team to remote into our system and help diagnose and resolve this problem? Please let me know your availability. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Hello Zachary, Does the board has any warpage? There is possibility that inspection image may have some missing data. Please capture another inspection image, set it as master image and register the parts. If you it still has the problem, then please capture an adjustment image and send us TeamViewer information and we can take a look. Best Regards

Hey Saqib, I have you some bad information, When trying to register a part the part image is 90 out from the leads. All attempts to register this part in the library have been failing. [cid:33bbfc50-31e9-4626-93c0-1fa2eef6606d] The part data seems fine in registration from placement to placement. I cannot find a reason for this to be occuring but It will not let me test the board. Hello Zachary, If the middle bar is not green then it means that lands (PADS) are not properly and you will not be able to save or test it. Please perform the following: 1- Go to inspection registration and check each part for proper rotation. If the does not match please rotate it to match the part placement. 2- Once all the variation of a part number is rotated then go to component registration and use "Adjust" option to extract pads from the bare board. Once you extract the parts from the bare board then middle bar should turn green. 3- Once all the middle bars are green then check the MASK model of each part number and if the rotation of the part does not match with Mask Model then you will have to add new Mask model. Please let me know if you need assistance via team viewer and I'm amiable till 5:00pm eastern time and will be available next Monday as well. Best Regards
