We have a problem with FB here (that happens in different lines) Yesterday, the stencil (BZ1,T#15) that was been used since I started the FB function on Line 6A, started making wrong correction and our Maintenance had to turn it off and make manual adjustments on Y direction after. Any idea why this is happening? It happens a lot with other product on line 2B (HP1). Regards, _____________________________________________ Darlene Coelho SMT Engineering Astemo Indiana, Inc. Hello Darlene, Is this a multi-up board? If the PCB has multiple blocks the block number on SPI and printer must match. All the correction is made on the printer side and Omron has no control over it. SPI can only send the data to the printer and printer makes all the correction. Please see the attached manual for feedback settings and let us know if you have any questions. Best Regards

Hello Darlene, It seems like we are getting a message every few minutes from PFSA-Tac-machine and I have to delete those messages. I'm not sure how to get around from all the messages from PFSA-Tac-machine. Best Regards

Hello, HP1 is 4 PCB’S per panel and the BZ1T is 2 PCBs per panel (attached are the pictures of the SPI). And Printer consider only one board, because it is in panel, CKD has a blocks nº and Mount block that Match with the block number of AOI. Please see picture below of the CKd inspect program: [email] This product (BZ1T) was running correctly for more than 6 months, now started making this. HP1 product, there is a very big offset (0.150mm) than I have to manual place the number on the X and Y direction on SPV and then turn on the feedback on the line 2B. Regards, Darlene
HI Adrian, Line 6A doesn’t use glue machine. Line 6B use glue machine and the FB is off on the B side of the line. The problem was on 6A. Regards, Darlene

Hi Hector, What do you mean? You don’t want me add your email on the list or should I use different email? I just put an email to PFSA-TAC-Machine so they can see who can help in the CASE I just opened. I believe I have 3 cases open, but all is different problem. Regards, Darlene

Hello Darlene, To determine the cause of the solder paste shift issue, can you please let me know when FB issue occurred? After product change, reload different product, different stencil? Can you please take a screen shot images for the Feed Back parameter settings in screen Printer. Thanks, Nick Stolper

Hello Adrian, FB issue appeared to be related to one of the new stencil was loaded during the product changeover. We’ll need to verify settings in the screen printer and the SPI related to FB. Or compare machine settings between known good product and the product which causes the solder paste offsets. Thanks, Nick Stolper
It was not a new stencil. we just loaded it for the first time of the day and had error with FB in the beginning of the shift. This stencil been running for more than 3 months. Thanks, Darlene

Good afternoon support. As I mentioned, we had the offset problem in 2 different lines, the first emails it was about line 6A, now it is about the Line 2B (the same line I mentioned that I have problem with HP1) Yesterday, on line 2B the Z offset problem happened again but now with new product AF1 that it is in NPI (CKD VP5200M-V machine n: 0301) After 19 boards got very bad. [email] After zero all OFFSET on the squeegee, I pass 2 boards to see the initial OFFSET (Front and REAR) on the stencil, and it is very small offset. Please see picture of SPV offset after I adjusted manually (after the problem) [email] Regards, Darlene
Darlene good day. Sorry for this late reply. I was checking internally and we are thinking that the best action would be to dispatch field service engineer to determine the root cause. Hi Adrian, For this service, if our IT department gives you access to LNB, CKD and Nipmain, is there anything that could be done remotely? Thanks, Darlene
