Dear Omron Team, We have several issues on the 3 AXI Machine on Line 8. 1. First - AXI # 0201420-0201 just to give you a background on this machine that last December we have issue on taking long time of inspection and then we come up to replace the computer CPU from other machine it was solve the issue but the original CPU we input in Line 9 AXI #0327 same encountered on that machine, and for AXI #0201 as mention before that RVS computer can't view the data. But not all the mainboard. ~ Is it possible you do a remote to check the AXI Machine and RVS setting? ~Regarding the CPU that we replace, we will do diagnostic checking for hardware. 2. Second - AXI # 0321421-0321 the inspection of AXI is stopping or not continuing the inspection after 3 to 4 mainboards to test. Different location window stop. ~ What possible cause for this? 3. Third - AXI #0332521-0332 We encountered a sudden increase in the false call, and I backtrack the upgrade report from November 2025 that the X-ray source has a problem cannot reach 120kV, and for temporary adjust to 100kV. Is this part of the issue for the X-ray Source. Currently the X-ray Exposure time of this machine is 5738. ~Any suggestion while not yet replacing the new X-ray tube, anything we can do to decrease the false call or need to make a separate program for this specific machine ? Because currently we use the same program for the 3 machine and AXI #0332 is not the same result with the other's. I do a calibration on 2 AXI Machine line 8 with machine number of #0332521-0332, #0321421-0321 last Saturday February 21.
