Yes, I tried both our SPIs and it's only on white boards. I can let you know when we run this job again if you would like to see the error in person. Can it be demonstrated on-demand? Even after Changing the light volume values, we were still getting excessive number of false calls in paste volume, area, height and even offset. After I tried using the flexible PCB feature, we seem to have better results. I am not sure if this is the correct solution or maybe be a temporary fix for white PCB however I'd like to hear from you on this matter. This was a downtime situation that we cannot have again. I tried another board and didn't have the error. Now my issue is the machine doesn't correctly determine the value of solder paste. It's able to see where there is no solder at all, but when there is solder the readings are completely off. I can see the machine now reads the fiducials, scan the entire boards and then the machine stops with an error in regards of the z axis. How do you fix the error?
