Sorry for my late response, I was in training last week. On the starter of the Vp6001.ini don’t have anything similar this: Please see the beginning of the file: I found this: This probably came with VP6001 files that I copied from SL1A line, the CKD at line B is KCSTDL-SL1BCKD. To change it I believe I have to stop the line for few minutes and close the program, right? If yes, I will request a stop line for tomorrow, can you be remote with me to make sure everything are correct before I load this back to line? Also, I found this Machine02. I believe this should be machine01: Thanks for your help. Please see the attached screenshot for the reference. The machine01 in the example is line 0 in the select.ini and machine02 will be the line 1 in the select.ini in the above screenshot. If you need assistance via remote assistance then please send team invite and I can help you figure this out. My availability in the afternoon is limited but it should not take more than 5 minutes. It seems everything working ok on the machine, but on the data station it is showing everything from line 1B inside the folder 1A. I copied allEXE andDLL files from the D:\vp-v folder LINE 1A. How can I fix it? We have comport=2, comport=3, comport=4 and comport=5. All of them are working, only the one on line 1B is not working. The communication protocol (baud rate, data bit, parity and stop bit) can be different depending on the scanner. The device code and COMPORT settings are important. Best Regards On Mon, 13 Apr at 11:39 AM, Darlene Coelho wrote: Hi Saqib, thanks for your quick response. All machine has something different on Comport and sometimes on READTIMEOUT only. Please see the screenshots below: 1B - isn’t working properly. Everything below is working: 2B 2A 3A 5B 6B 6A I’m not sure if there is something wrong with seralsetting. Please compare these setting on a SPI with working Keyence scanner and set the same settings on this machine. This should resolve any problem with serial communication. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Best Regards On Mon, 13 Apr at 7:49 AM, Darlene Coelho wrote: Thanks, Saqib. I will do it. Another question, after the HDD crashed, we are having a problem with Keyence scanner. Is there any part on CKD that I have to adjusted to read correctly? the PCB etch is on the bottom of the board, so CKD can’t ready, than we added a Keyence scanner inside the SPV to send serial number to CKD on the 2D mode. I would manually check light settings and run height verification jig and if it passes then there is no need for calibration. Best Regards On Fri, 10 Apr at 8:31 AM, Darlene Coelho wrote: Thanks Higashi-san and Saqib. I made backup in our server now. All 10 machines. We used to keep only on the E:\\ drive and when the HDD went bad, we lost everything. Should I perfume the validation of calibration on this machine?
