Customer issue
Hi Omron Team, Sometime in the past few months our V-CA User Fault Disposition setting changed back over to listing multiple option codes for the same defect. We know this can be adjusted in V-DB, but we are unsure how to properly do this. Would you be able to send over screenshots on how we can make only one defect code appear for each defect? For example, we can see that "Component Bent Lead" has V-DB User Fault Code: 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 177, 178, and 179 and appears in the V-CA Faults as Fault Code 35, 36, 37, 56, 57, 58, and 12. For all System Fault Names/Codes we would like only one User Fault Name/Code to appear on the V-CA. This will help the disposition operator be able to work more efficiently and with more accuracy. Thank you! Olivia Pisacano Process Quality Engineer SynQor, Inc. [email]
