Sucede en diferentes modelos solo en la AXI-3. El panel se queda en la entrada del conveyor de la repair justo en el scanner, escanea pero no manda nada ni una alarma en la pantalla, solo un mensaje en el conveyor. Hello Belen, por los archivos que nos habias compartido antes la pieza esta marcando error con su flujo no corresponde al flujo con la axi. Creo que ta les habia enviado esta informacion solicitando informacion adicional. Solo falla algunas piezas? la pieza que falla tiene un panel de scrap o esta indentificada como falla de AOI? por que lo que dice el log de bittrace es que no esta encontrando los datos de la pieza.

Buen día Las piezas no tienen una relación en común, normalmente pasa con piezas que si tienen el status OK en AOI es decir sin ninguna pieza de scrap. Lo extraño es que volvemos a regresar la pieza al scanner del conveyor y vuelve a escanear la pieza y ahora si encuentra el status porque ya manda el estado de la pieza y sigue su flujo normal. Pero vuelve a repetirse la falla repetitivamente. Hello Belen, si es repetible el defecto podemos tener una sesion remota para revisarlo en el momento para ver si es un doble escaneo si el archivo aun no esta dispoble con el resultado o por que se esta presentando el error intermitente

Buen día Claro, hoy estoy monitoreando y durante una hora ha pasado 3 veces. Dime a donde quieres tener acceso para preparar la conexión, también confírmame si requieres acceso a la computadora de la estación de análisis o a la AXI? Y en que horario estas disponible por favor. Mi idea es dejar la estación lista con el modo de falla para que cuando te conectes no esperemos hasta que suceda el problema.
