We would also provide further information on the "Peripheral View Error" issue we mentioned in a separate email before. I have a program copied to replicate the issue live. Lastly, we are also having "Camera Detection Errors" on one of the machines (newer machine bought in Sept 25) when it is shutdown correctly for a longer period (36 hrs) and turned back on. Please set the connection block height to 20 and Center of Toe to 75 or less for chip type components. These two tests should catch the tomb stone and no solder on the chip components. Please let us know if you need any assistance via remote access. We have two units which have capacitors with no fillet at the termination and are tombstoned, but were passed by the AOI machine. Is there a better way to inspect this type of component? I have attached screenshots of the capacitors from Q-up Navi and the physical unit under the microscope. Additionally I have attached screenshots of our fillet and coplanarity inspection criteria for this program. Please let us know if you have any insight as to why the machine would not call this out for either "Low Fillet" or "Component Tilt". Thank you, Olivia Pisacano Process Quality Engineer SynQor, Inc.
