++ Adding [email] . For help as Tim is OOO. Hi Omron Team, I hope you're doing well. We've received a pull in request from another Intel site (Intel Penang) to ship one of the tools as soon as possible, they are aiming to start the deinstall here the 3rd or 4th week of January. Would it be possible to send us the set of brackets that are ready by then? Or at least one of then. We can wait for the others. This is the PO of the brackets PO#[phone]. Please let me know if it is possible, to provide an answer as this has become a priority now. Also if there would be a chance also to have one the DCAII boxes. Thank you for your support. I have copied Shoji (Larry) Kobayashi on this message to provide an update on this topic. @Larry - Please advise status of DCIIA boxes. Thanks, Tim [This is Tim Anderson's card. Currently the PO has "DDP" inco-terms which Omron unfortunately can't accept. Please revise ASAP to avoid additional delays. Thanks, Tim [This is Tim Anderson's card. Could you please help me with a quotation for brackets for the five X-ray tools we have here? A delivery time of two months is fine for now. In addition to the brackets, we'll also need the DCIIA camera boxes. Have you received the quotation for those yet? Thanks again for all your help, Brian. I am not sure if that will be able to make it in time for the shipment deadline, so let me know. If there is an issue with timing, Japan's suggestion is to borrow shipping brackets internally from other Intel sites. Regards, [This is Brian Andersen's card. Japan is making a quote to sell the shipping brackets to Intel CR. I have attached the specifications for building the crate (Excel). It is translated from Japanese so please let me know if anything is unclear. I have also attached packing instructions (PDF), but they are only in Japanese, sorry. As stated below, we will start with the first deinstall in two weeks from today. (not yet the transfer), so I would like to work on all the requirements ahead of time. Please let me know any news. Luis has reached out to us to discuss the decommissioning of their tools and transfer to other Intel sites. Luis has summarized the current questions well below, but here are the main points I'd like to know: 1. Can GEC send the shipping brackets for X900 back to Intel CR as a loan for transport? 1. Can GEC send the correct packaging for DCIIA transport? 1. Can GEC send crate pieces or specifications for building the crate? 1. As Luis mentioned, all 5 tools will eventually be de-installed. However, only one is scheduled for very soon. For the materials that GEC is able to send, is GEC able to send brackets, DCIIA box, etc... for all 5 tools? 1. We plan to charge for a service to crate the machines, and possibly to decommission. Is there any charge needed for the rental of the packaging materials? Regards, [This is Brian Andersen's card. Regarding the request for the Costa Rica tool deinstalls: * Is it possible for Omron to send shipping brackets to Costa Rica for the tool transfer? The tools will be relocated to other Intel sites. Currently, only one tool is scheduled for deinstall, starting around September 28th, with arrival at the next site expected in February next year. While there's still time, the schedule is dynamic and subject to change, so I would like to have everything ready as soon as possible. Please let me know if a Service PO is required for this. * If needed, can more than one set of brackets be sent at the same time? * Does Omron have DCIIA camera boxes available for transportation? If so, could these also be sent? Again, please let me know if a Service PO is needed. * Lastly, please let me know if there is any additional information or requirements, we should be aware of for the deinstallation and tool transfer. *I have attached in the email the deinstall manual found in Intel files. Thank you again for all your support.
