+ [email] (Omron Tech Support Team) + [email] (Omron Account Manager – Basler Highland) Thanks, Tim [This is Tim Anderson's card. Their email is [email] Their phone number is +[phone].] From: Chris Armetta Sent: Thursday, March 26, 2026 2:02 PM To: Tim Anderson / OEI Cc: Russ Blankenship ; Doug St. Peters ; John Mollett Subject: Questions on OMRON software Importance: High You don't often get email from [email] . Learn why this is important Hello Tim: I work with Russ at Basler in Highland where the OMRON 730 is at. We are looking into having software isolate suspect boards and stop the OMRON if a quality threshold is exceeded. Can you get with the appropriate software engineers to answer the questions below? 1. Can their software integrate with Labview? 2. Is there any method that third party software can initiate a hard gate stop at the AOI if we have a threshold limit or other programmed event that can interface with the OMRON and stop the process? 3. Can we export data into a third party database like Oracle or Excel? 4. Can the software can initiate a batch file (script) for pass/fail of each pcb to then use in our internal logic to prevent shipping failed product. ? We are looking to improve our quality level in the production line and this is one of the initiatives that senior management has tasked us to investigate. If you can get back to us in a week on this I would greatly appreciate it.
