The SPI system of transferring programs works off a push-pull type of transfer unlike the AOI system which has a central Database Server storage location. Once received, please go ahead and start it up, migrate the USB license dongle, and work with the teams to arrange remote access so that we can re-install the SPI software. Additionally, please set the PC aside to be shipped back to us in the replacement PC box. We can provide a shipping label if you give us weight and dimensions of the box.
