What I will need to complete setup is Team Viewer access to new PC as well as SPI machine. The setup should take about 90 minutes to complete and test everything, please have physical dongle key from previous PC. I will have availability after 5pm CST today to perform service if someone is available. I am available all day tomorrow after 10am CST. Please setup Team Viewer on both systems and advise best time for service. The SPI system of transferring programs works off a push-pull type of transfer unlike the AOI system which has a central Database Server storage location. We have additional PCs in stock and will work urgently to get one as soon as possible. Once we have shipment confirmation and tracking available, we will share that. Once received, please go ahead and start it up, migrate the USB license dongle, and work with the teams to arrange remote access so that we can re-install the SPI software. Additionally, please set the PC aside to be shipped back to us in the replacement PC box. We can provide a shipping label if you give us weight and dimensions of the box. We would like to continue troubleshooting this PC in our lab. I apologize for this issue. This is a very unusual experience with a Lenovo P3-Tiny model PC. Regards.
