Hello Reed, I passed your on-site training request to the Omron sales rep. Eric McElmurry and you should be hearing back to him shortly. On a slightly different topic I would highly suggest that you power cycle the x-ray machine at least once a month for the long term health of the tube. Being off for extended amounts of time can degrade the tube. Please at a minimum turn on the rear power breaker, press the "on" button on front of machine, wait 1 minutes then press the blinking blue safety reset button. If asked to login to Window login, password should be same a user name, then open VT-X750 software on desktop or if Windows automatically logged in it should just happen on it's open. Then allow the x-ray tube to warm up. Being that it's been off for a long time is may take tube 3-5hrs. to safely warm up.

Hello Reed, I'm going to close this support ticket out. I believe the wheels-are-in-motion in regards to getting the required on-site support for this machine, please continue to communicate with Eric for the support arrangements.
