Customer issue

Hello Omron Support, We are encountering an error when attempting to create an X-ray image of a board that exceeds the standard 333 mm length. While inputting the PCB details, we initially see the position lines indicating that this scan will require the PCB slide function. The board measures 368.6 mm by 288.7 mm; however, after entering these dimensions, the position lines no longer appear. If we increase the length to 400 mm, the PCB slide position lines appear as expected. After attempting to proceed, the software displays three errors (attached), and we are forced to shut it down. This issue has been occurring frequently, and we have not been able to successfully create a program for this specific board due to these errors. We have been able to create a program with the PCB slide function in the past using a different board; any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.
