We asked them for a new file and still cannot read it. I will ask Thinh to send you the Gerber file to see if you can open it or not. We tried to open a Gerber file from six moths ago or so that was used to create a SPI program and had the same read error so we think there is something else going on. If a program is created and program name or a part number in that program have some very unique characters, this sometimes causes issues with software as it cannot understand character. Please review the last 'good' program created, look for characters such [email] etc in program name or a part number in that program. If it's a part number delete that part number from parts library.
