Ok the machine works, however the Main Menu on the machine software never comes up. If you hit the "start" button on the machine you can enter the password and then wait a little bit and when you hit it again the program load screen comes up. But the main software screen never shows on the screen. Also, I figured out why you never got an email from [email] . There was no "c" on com. Also make sure that the main software is closed. Get back to desktop, ensure the Omron software is properly closed, navigate to c:/Program Files/Omron/VT-X750/config looks for file called "NWIN.ini" rename this to "old_NWiN.ini" then find NWIN.BAK make a copy of it, then rename the copy to "NWIN.ini". Close windows, after a few minute power cycle the main power breaker switch on back door, leave off for 1 minute, then turn switch back to on, start like you normally would. If pretty sure this will fix it but if not, please reach out AOIsupport email.
