I set the block ID on the board Im running and when I hit test it reads it so I released it back to the Machine but its still not reading the labels . Is there a option or something else I am supposed to set for it to work?

I have no idea if this is an AOI or AXI machine...because MorganNewton isn't in smartsheets...

Hello Chris, If you want to see barcode on the AOI screen, try using PCB ID instead block ID Francisco Villalpando Engineering Supervisor Direct: +[phone] [email]

Thank for that . What if there are 4 pcb’s on a panel do I just set pcb id for each one ? What is the difference between pcb and block id?

Hello Chris, The PCB ID will return results for the entire panel, while the Block ID will return results for a single board on a multi-up PCB. For a multi-up PCB with Block/Board IDs, I would configure the Block 1 (Board 1) ID as both the PCB ID and a Block ID. The remaining board IDs would be configured as standard Block IDs only. This setup allows the operator to display results for the entire panel at the review station by scanning the first Block ID. Please let me know if you have any questions.
