Hello Tanush, After reviewing the logs, the issue appears to be related to the X-ray source. The following entry shows that the source has accumulated 20,599 power-on hours: [2026/07/16 08:16:55] [INFORMATION] Operation log in X-ray source: Power supply on time [20599 h] This X-ray tube was installed on July 25, 2023, so it has been in service for three years. Based on its current operating hours and age, the X-ray source should be replaced. As you may recall, the service life of the Canon X-ray source is based on total power-supply-on time. This means the operating-hour counter continues to increase whenever the machine is powered on, even when it is not inspecting products.
