Hi The ticket shared with you has been closed. Ticket: INC-56167 - Omron Archive Server Description: Hey, IT. Nogales' Omron archive server isn't letting us download image .zips and shows the following error. [cid:b7b3cdf6-807b-45db-b150-b1b93f1e3050] I'm trying to crosscheck settings with the GR archive server but I can't login due to the following SQL error: [cid:19638c86-274c-47ee-acca-17db58abdebe] Any ideas on how to fix this? I know the guy at Omron who made this got canned a few years back due to a manifesto, so I'm not sure how much help we'll get from them. Arsalaan is reaching out to see if they might have assigned someone else to at least learn a bit about it.
