Good morning, One of our SPI machines is not connecting to QUP Navi and when I checked in with my operators on our other production line, they said they had no issues, but I'd like for someone to remote into our system and check both machines out. The error message we're getting is "Not connected to network with Q-up Navi. It inspects without a data output as a result of Q-up Navi.". And then gives us an option of Yes or No. I went to our Q-Up Navi server(192.168.70.19) and was able to ping the machine (192.168.70.247). I was able to ping the server from the machine as well. We recently experienced some IT issues which according to our IT company those should be resolved, so I'd appreciate some assistance in getting our machines back up and running or at least a diagnostic answer that I can go back to our IT company with.     Hello Michael, The SPI use simple file sharing network to connect to the server. This error “Not connected to network with Q-up Navi. It inspects without a data output as a result of Q-up Navi.” means that the SPI cannot connect to the server. When you click "Yes" it will not send the data to Q-Up Navi and if click "No" it will try to reestablish the connection to server. The ping command simply confirms low level connection to the server, and it would not confirm if the SPI has the write permissions to the server. ​ The simple way to check the server connection and write permission is to open file explorer and type the address of the server on the address bar: \\192.168.70.247 This will display the share folders on the server and the SPI should have Read/Write access to the share folder. If this displays a connection error then it is some network connection problem. Hope this help. Please let us know if you need assistance via remote assistance. Best Regards

    Good morning, I would like to apologize for my delay in response. We’re having some additional odd behavior. The previous email you sent with instructions weren’t followed because I was informed by my team members that they restarted the machine and the QUP Navi error did not pop up again. So, I operated falsely under the belief that this situation had resolved itself. I discovered yesterday there still is a situation going on. So, when they attempt to have the SPI scan boards automatically it freezes up and we are forced to close the software. When they attempt to manually scan boards it freezes up and we are forced to close the software. The only function that doesn’t cause it to freeze and lock up is running the boards in pass through mode. I would like to have someone remote into our system and try to figure this out.     Hello Michael, Glad we were able to resolve the issue. Seems like the Q-up Navi server IP changed, and was changed back to original IP. I believe this caused windows credentials issues. We have confirmed that the machine is back in working order. Thanks!
